Shipping & Delivery
  • A shipping cost calculator is provided in the shopping cart once you have added a product
  • We deliver products Australia and Internationally wide using Australia Post . Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
  • Orders of ‘In Stock’ items are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.  Delivery times for International orders can be up to four weeks depending on your location.
  • If for any reason we are unable to process your order or there is a delay beyond our normal delivery timeframe you will be contacted by our customer service dept to give a delay time estimate or offer a refund for the affected product. 
Privacy & Security
  • If you do choose to register on our site, the personal information we collect will include your name, email address, your company or organisation name (optional), phone number and street address. We may also collect certain information about your visit, such as type of browser you use; the date and time you access the site; the pages that you access while at the site and the internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is stored on our website CRM and used to help improve the site and administer the site.
  • The personal information collected on this site will be used to provide the services you have requested. We may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the products or services that you are using, including but not limited to critical updates and notifications. Additionally, we may send you information about our other products and services.
  • We protect the security of your information during online transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. Our ecommerce servers use Geo trust security and encryption for all transactions.
  • This website has security measures in place to help protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We have made great efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment.
Returns & Replacements


For the following causes:

  • You have received the wrong item as a result of an error on our part
  • Your item is faulty
  • Your item has been damaged in transit

If your reason for return is due to one of the above causes, please contact Ovation Shop Customer Service at shop@ovationchannel.com with a description of the error. The correct item will be sent along with a pre-paid satchel for return of the incorrect item to the Ovation Shop. The product must be returned to us in excellent condition within 21 days of the replacement being sent. If the incorrect item is not returned or sent back to us in a poor condition, then, at the discretion of the Ovation Shop, you may be charged for the item.

For the following causes:

  • You have ordered the wrong item
  • You received the item as a gift and wish to exchange it
  • You no longer want the item

If your reason for return is due to one of the above causes, please contact Ovation Shop Customer Service at shop@ovationchannel.com with your reason specified. Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in excellent condition for exchange or to receive a credit. Stock returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Please note: all refunds / exchanges are dependent on condition of item upon arrival – to be judged at our discretion. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
  • All prices displayed on Ovation Shop are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Pricing is liable to change without prior notice
  • All Ovation Shop prices include a good and services tax (GST) of 10%, applicable to all sales within Australia
  • Export orders are not subject to Australian GST
  • Online Credit Card payments are accepted using Visa and MasterCard
  • We also accept payment via PAYPAL
  • Alternative payment options include cheque/money order/direct electronic money transfer. If you wish to utilize these payment methods, please contact us prior to purchase at shop@ovationchannel.com
  • Declined transactions - occasionally a declined transaction will occur if your bank rejects Ovation Shop’s request to debit your card. In the event of a declined order, Ovation Shop’s customer service team will contact you directly to confirm your card details.

Stock Availability & Customer Service Policy
  • Item availability is displayed on each product page for easy reference
  • 'In Stock' titles will be shipped within 48 hours
  • Ovation Shop maintains a high volume of titles on hand at all times, however due to external limitations products can run out of stock. Ovation Shop places orders with its suppliers frequently to reduce the wait times associated with 'Out of Stock' titles
  • Most products are replenished within 1 week.
  • Pre-order promotions list an ‘Available From’ date. Orders placed before this date will be shipped on or before the release date, pending a supplier imposed embargo
  • To receive an approximate delivery time on a title listed as ‘Out of Stock’, please contact us on shop@ovationchannel.com prior to ordering
